Site requirements to install the machines

Note: The attached manual must be read from the manufacturer before using this manual, as this is an auxiliary manual intended for operation and installation experts and does not include all machine information.

Opera, Cafe Racer, Verona RS, F18, F18 SB Machine Installation Requirements

Electrical connections:

	Opera, Cafe Racer, Verona RS, F18	F18 SB (2 groups & 3 groups)
Power Supply	A single-phase power supply must be available, or a bipolar power supply can be used provided that the voltage difference of the machine is 220/240 volts.
Automatic Isolation Breaker	RCCB or RCBO breaker with a capacity of (30 amps) for 2 groups machines and (40 amps) for 3 groups machines.	RCCB or RCBO breaker with a capacity of (20 amps) for 2 groups and 3 groups machines.
Electrical Wiring Extensions	The extension of electrical wiring should be three wires (hotline, cold line, ground line) (Phase, Neutral, Earth). To ensure your safety, the wire diameter is (6 mm²).
Machine Connection	The machine is connected to an automatic isolation breaker (automatic circuit breaker) through a two-disconnect socket (not more than 1 meter away from the machine). Ensure the effectiveness of grounding on site for safety and the safety of the machine.

Water source:

A water source (1 m) away and a flow (350L/h = 6L/min) must be available, preferably with a minimum auxiliary pressure (2 bar), noting that the water inlet hose diameter is )3/8 inch), or a water tank (according to the criteria mentioned below). If you are unable to provide the suggested flow or pressure, you can hire a water expert in your area and install an additional water pump according to the recommendations of the filter supplier.

Drainage:

A low drain points 1 m from the machine, or a gallon for draining unclean water is required.

Bar deck openings:

There must be two holes in the bar deck below the center of the machine measuring 2.5 inches per hole. One for power cords and the other for water inlet hose. To know the dimensions of the machine, you should refer to the manual attached to the machine.

Zoe & D8 Machine Installation Requirements

Electrical connections:

	Zoe	D8
Power Supply	A single-phase power supply must be available, or a bipolar power supply can be used provided that the voltage difference of the machine is 220/240 volts.
Automatic Isolation Breaker	RCCB or RCBO breaker with a capacity of (16 amps) for 2 groups machines, and (20 amps) for 3 groups machines.	RCCB or RCBO breaker with a capacity of (25 amps) for 2 groups machines, and (32 amps) for 3 groups machines.
Electrical Wiring Extensions	The extension of electrical wiring should be three wires (hotline, cold line, ground line) (Phase, Neutral, Earth). To ensure your safety, the wire diameter is (6 mm²).
Machine Connection	The machine is connected to an automatic isolation breaker (automatic circuit breaker) through a two-disconnect socket (not more than 1 meter away from the machine). Ensure the effectiveness of grounding on site for safety and the safety of the machine.

Water source:

A water source (1 m) away and a flow (250L/h = 4L/min) must be available, preferably with a minimum auxiliary pressure (2 bar), noting that the water inlet hose diameter is (3/8 inch), or a water tank (according to the criteria mentioned below). If you are unable to provide the suggested flow or pressure, you can hire a water expert in your area and install an additional water pump according to the recommendations of the filter supplier.

Bunn Platinum and Bunn Axiom Machines Installation Requirements

Electrical connections:

	Bunn Platinum		Bunn Axiom
Power Supply	A single-phase power supply must be available, or a bipolar power supply can be used provided that the voltage difference of the machine is 220/240 volts.
Plug	Special triple plug for 13-amp machine.
Electrical Wiring Extensions	The extension of electrical wiring should be three wires (hotline, cold line, ground line) (Phase, Neutral, Earth).
Power Consumption	2400 - 2900 watts	1475 - 1750 watts

Water source:

1. A water source with an anti-calc filter must be available and is 1 meter away.
2. A pump with a pressure of 1.5 to 3.5 bar must be available, noting that the water inlet hose diameter is 3 / 8 inches.
3. The water inlet hose diameter to Platinum Tank Adapter: 3/4 inches.
4. Adapter for the water inlet hose NPTF Axiom Milk to Flare Bulkhead 1/4 inch.

Warning before turning on the machine:

Please do not operate the machine before making sure the boiler is filled with water.

Water schedule proposed by the World Organization for Specialty Coffee

1. Free from odors, colors, and impurities
2. Chlorine free
3. TDS ratio: 70 to 120 mg/L
4. Maximum hardness or calcification: 68 mg/L
5. Basal ratio: 40 mg/L
6. Average pH score: 7 to 7.5
7. Sodium percentage: 10 mg/L

Important recommendations

1. It is recommended to use an Anti-scaling filter always regardless of the quality of the water source for the safety of the machine and to raise the quality of the water and the product.
