Guide for shipping the machine for maintenance

Please follow the following instructions to avoid any damages. If the instructions are ignored, the company is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the machine:

Opera and Café Racer

1. Fully enclosed pallet
2. The machine box is wooden or a fully closed wooden box.
3. Remove the back transparent cup protector (p.3)
4. Remove the portafilter (p.4)
5. Remove the upper grille (the mesh for the cups) (Fig. 5)
6. Remove the group protector in front of each group (Pg. 6)
7. Add external pump (Opera only)
8. Remove the leg protection cover (cafe racer only) (pg. 8)

F18

1. Fully enclosed pallet + carton for the machine
2. Remove the upper grille (the mesh for the cups) (Fig. 5)
3. Remove the portafilter (p.4)

Zoe and Verona RS

1. The carton of the machine
2. Remove the portafilter (p.4)
3. Remove the back transparent cup protector (p.3)
4. Remove the upper grille (the mesh for the cups) (Fig. 5)

Machine processing and packaging

1. Clear photos of the machine before packaging
2. Covering the machine with transparent nylon
3. Close the box tightly with adhesive tape (for machines with cartons) and tie them with rope (for machines with wooden boxes).
4. photoshoot the machine after packaging and photoshoot the machine after placing the machine in its carton or box.
5. Print and deliver the bill of lading to the shipping company representative (if the machine is shipped by the shipping company)
6. Inform the logistic team if the machine has been shipped.
7. The intake manifold and the drain cap must be attached with the machine.

We emphasize the importance of keeping the machine's box in good condition. To ensure the machine's safety during any subsequent shipping process, if the box is lost or damaged, additional fees of 1000 SAR will be incurred.
