Warranty Policy

Receipt defects warranty:

Goods received are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of any apparent defect or shortage in quantities, the receipt should not be accepted before informing the first party and proving the case. Before signing the receipt, The first party shall bear any deficiency or appearance defects.

Factory Warranty:

The company guarantees Sanremo machines for a period of two years from the date of receipt. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover consumables or misuse. The installation guideline and the suggested maintenance guide must be followed, and none of the machine parts must be disassembled by anyone other than the agent or his representative for the continuity of the warranty.

Maintenance Warranty:

The first party guarantees the maintenance provided for a period of 3 months. In the event of misuse of the machine, the warranty is revoked.
