Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Request Conditions

Return requests are only accepted after being received and approved by the company via the number +966 53 885 9093, and in the following cases:

  • A. Orders Before Shipping:
    A 3% fee of the invoice value will be deducted as an online store processing fee.

  • B. Orders After Shipping:
    Return requests must be submitted within a maximum of 7 business days from the date the customer receives the shipment. The returned goods must be delivered to the company’s warehouse within 7 business days from the date the return request is approved. The following fees will apply:

    • 3% of the invoice value as an online store processing fee (applies to all orders)

    • SAR 1,000 for returning espresso machines

    • SAR 500 for returning grinders

    • SAR 200 for returning spare parts and accessories


2. Non-Eligible Return Cases

Return or exchange requests are not accepted in any cases other than those listed above.


3. Refund Process

  • The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days.

  • The customer must provide a local bank account number that matches the billing information used during the purchase.

Refund period calculation:

  • A. Orders Before Shipping:
    The refund period begins from the date the return request is approved.

  • B. Orders After Shipping:
    The refund period begins from the date the returned goods are received, inspected, and confirmed to be in good condition.

Note:
If any damage or defects are found during inspection, the company reserves the right to reject the return request and refuse to accept the item. In such a case, the product remains the property and responsibility of the buyer, who must collect it from the company’s warehouse.
