Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Request Conditions
Return requests are only accepted after being received and approved by the company via the number +966 53 885 9093, and in the following cases:

A. Orders Before Shipping:
A 3% fee of the invoice value will be deducted as an online store processing fee. -
B. Orders After Shipping:
Return requests must be submitted within a maximum of 7 business days from the date the customer receives the shipment. The returned goods must be delivered to the company’s warehouse within 7 business days from the date the return request is approved. The following fees will apply:-
3% of the invoice value as an online store processing fee (applies to all orders)

SAR 1,000 for returning espresso machines

SAR 500 for returning grinders

SAR 200 for returning spare parts and accessories

2. Non-Eligible Return Cases
Return or exchange requests are not accepted in any cases other than those listed above.
3. Refund Process

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days.

The customer must provide a local bank account number that matches the billing information used during the purchase.
Refund period calculation:

A. Orders Before Shipping:
The refund period begins from the date the return request is approved. -
B. Orders After Shipping:
The refund period begins from the date the returned goods are received, inspected, and confirmed to be in good condition.
Note:
If any damage or defects are found during inspection, the company reserves the right to reject the return request and refuse to accept the item. In such a case, the product remains the property and responsibility of the buyer, who must collect it from the company’s warehouse.
