Return and Exchange Policy

Sold and Received Goods: Goods that have been sold and received by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged, except if they are in their original condition and the main packaging has not been opened, within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping Fees for Returns:
- A shipping fee of 1000 Riyals is charged for the return of espresso machines.
- A shipping fee of 200 Riyals is charged for the return of other devices and products.
