Payments
- All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
- Saudi Arabia is our country of domicile
- Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia
- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in SAR.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
Order Cancellation:
We have the right to choose to accept, not accept, or cancel your order in some cases, ex “if the product you wish to purchase is not available, or if the order is found to be fraudulent” and we will refund the amount of the order that was not accepted or canceled before the shipment.
Errors in pricing, quantities, and content
Sometimes some errors may occur during product data entry on the site, whether it is in the entered quantity, the price, or content and we have the right to modify the error as necessary:
If the error was caused by a defect in the site, or the quantity and pricing, we have the right to cancel the order and return the full amount to the customer within 7 working days.
If there is an error in the content of the product, we have the right to modify the content.
